How I work

No small print. No smoke.

This page exists so you don't waste your time. If we click, I'll tell you. If we don't, I'll tell you that too. Here are the prices, the capacity, what I do and what I don't, the sectors where I tread carefully, and the real fit criteria. Everything that normally gets held back for the call — upfront.

01 · Positioning

What I am — and what I'm not.

Petit Roig is marketing consulting focused on performance, acquisition and direct sales. I'm not here to make "ads" — I'm here to build structure, measurement, optimization and data-driven decisions. The sentence I repeat most often to myself:

I don't sell isolated setups. I run and optimize acquisition systems on 90-day cycles (ads) or 6-month commitments (SEO).

I am this

  • Strategic partner for acquisition systems
  • Structure, measurement, continuous optimization
  • Data-driven decisions, not intuition
  • Budget and tracking under control
  • 90-day cycle commitment (ads) or 6 months (SEO)

I am not this

  • Cheap execution freelancer
  • Technician for isolated micro-tasks
  • Traffic provider or vendor of clicks/views
  • Guarantor of sales, ROAS, CPA or leads
  • Free consultant before a contract
02 · Pricing

Strategic consulting

€140 — €160
/ hour
  • €140/h in prepaid 5h block (€700)
  • €160/h single ad-hoc session
  • Sparring, second opinions, guidance
Not management, not a full diagnostic. Senior Q&A.
Why I don't do "€300/month" or "€2,500/month": below €690 I can't do serious work (I just plug in automations); above €1,790 you enter territory that needs a team — the real complexity sits elsewhere. These prices match the scope you can expect and the real hours of my direct attention, not the size of your project nor commissions on your ad spend.
03 · Capacity

4-6 clients a year. Maximum.

This limit isn't a marketing strategy. It's arithmetic. Each serious client needs about 8-12 hours of my attention per week (not counting ad-hoc questions, crisis management, new proposals). Multiply by 4-6 and you've hit 100% of my workable time.

What that means for you: same-day response, not weeks; one single person who knows your setup — no rotations; real work done by me, not outsourced to an account manager. All my active time goes to your account.

And the flip side: if capacity is full, I'll tell you — there's either a waiting list, or I'll refer you to a colleague. I don't take on clients just to "fit them in" if I can't give you what you need.

04 · Responsibilities

What I'm accountable for — and what I'm not.

No serious agency should ever guarantee sales. If someone guarantees them to you, they're selling smoke. What I can offer you is structure, measurement, budget control and optimization. What I can't guarantee depends on factors I don't control. Here they are, side by side:

I'm accountable for

  • Acquisition strategy
  • Campaign structure and optimization
  • Actionable measurement and tracking
  • Ad budget control
  • Reporting useful for decisions
  • Filtering out unqualified traffic

I'm not accountable for

  • Guaranteed sales
  • Guaranteed ROAS, CPA or lead count
  • Sales close rate
  • Product, pricing or offer issues
  • Site limitations outside scope
  • Ad approvals in regulated sectors
Standard line: I can build a professional structure and optimize it, but I can't guarantee specific results because they depend on factors outside media buying.
05 · Tracking

Tracking is never 100%.

If anyone tells you otherwise, they haven't worked with real data in five years. Consent Mode, third-party cookies, Safari/Firefox, ad blockers, cross-device, delayed attribution — all of these mean that reality is never reflected 100%.

What I do promise: clean architecture, reliable signals, enough data to make good decisions. What I don't: total precision, identical sales numbers across GA4 + Shopify + Google Ads, perfect attribution.

Real goal: not perfect data, but reliable signals to make better decisions.
06 · Sensitive sectors

Sectors where I tread carefully.

In these sectors I won't promise you anything before reviewing your landing page and Google/Meta policies. Therapeutic claims, regulated products or legal/financial advice require another level of care before spending a single euro:

Supplements
Mental health
Aesthetic medicine
Fintech / Loans
Legal services
Weight loss
CBD / Regulated substances
Therapeutic claims
Medical devices
Rule: if your page has claims like "cure", "alternative to antidepressants" or "guaranteed weight loss", we reframe toward general wellness / nutritional support / lifestyle before pushing traffic. If the message can't be adapted, I'll tell you.
07 · Google Business Profile

What I do — and what I don't.

I get a lot of questions about Google Business Profile. To clarify: I don't create or verify profiles on behalf of any client. Creation and verification have to be done by the owner directly through Google.

What I do: optimize existing and verified profiles — categories, description, services, photo strategy, reviews, posts, and integration with the rest of your local acquisition system.

08 · Fit criteria

To be honest.

This is NOT for you if:

  • You're looking for outcome guarantees ("X leads or you don't pay")
  • Your monthly ad budget is under €1,000 (I can guide via Consulting but not manage)
  • You want to buy traffic, views or clicks as the main KPI
  • You need a one-week setup and then move on
  • Your product has very low margin and very high CPC (the unit economics don't work)
  • You expect me to take ownership of the sales close

If you recognize yourself in any of these, I'll refer you to someone who's a better fit. I don't want to drag you into a cycle I already know won't serve you.
