How I got here.

This isn't a CV. It's the path that led me to decide I wanted to work better, not with more people.

2010 — 2014

First steps in digital

I started in the digital advertising ecosystem. SEM, display, analytics. I learnt that the difference between a good and a bad campaign isn't the ideas — it's the honest measurement of what works.

2015 — 2023

CEO of CreatikLab

I founded and led CreatikLab, an agency that became Google Premier Partner Top 3% worldwide for five consecutive years. We managed over €50M in ad spend for clients in 50+ countries: e-commerce, SaaS, consumer brands, B2B services. I learnt what works at scale — and what breaks when you grow without direction.

2024

Master's in AI · Universidad Complutense

Master's in Artificial Intelligence in Communication and Media at UCM. Not because it was trendy — to deeply understand what you can automate, what you shouldn't automate, and where an SMB can gain two or three hours a day without sacrificing quality.

2026 · now

Petit Roig

I came home. I opened Petit Roig to work with four to six Catalan companies per year, end to end. No layers, no account managers, no human values painted on PowerPoint. Growth system design, hands-on AI implementation, and the same honesty I'd want as a client.

How I work

Three things I don't negotiate.

You talk to the person who thinks, not to the one who reports.

Every project is mine end to end. When there's a problem, you call me. When there's a strategic decision, you and I make it together, not an account manager with three months of experience.

Honesty by default, even when it's uncomfortable.

If your problem isn't marketing but product, I'll tell you. If the budget you're proposing won't work, I'll tell you. If we're not the right match, I'll tell you. The cost of not saying it is always higher.

Systems, not one-off campaigns.

I don't sell you hours or deliverables. I build you an acquisition system that works without me: tracking you understand, documented processes, tools your team can run. I want you to stop needing me one day.

Why I work solo

A large agency won't save you.

After eight years running one, I learnt why SMBs shouldn't hire them. The economic model doesn't work: senior hours are too expensive, so your account ends up with someone who's learning on your budget.

Petit Roig is the other option: a single senior professional, available, who doesn't spread their time across 30 clients. Maximum six projects per year. Enough to make a good living; tight enough so the work doesn't get diluted.
