The Strategic Diagnostic is the entry point to any engagement with Petit Roig. 90 minutes with me to review channels, measurement, offer and margin. You'll leave with a written action plan in 48h — implementable on your own or with me. This is not a free audit. It's an informed decision that gets deducted from the first contract if we work together afterwards.

Why €290 and not free? Because my attention is the product. A free audit is a sales argument; a paid diagnostic is a shared commitment. It filters out people who aren't ready to pay for judgment — exactly the filter I need to give you 90 minutes of quality work. If that bothers you, we probably aren't a fit.

You pick an available slot on my calendar. You pay €290 + VAT. You get a confirmation with a short prep questionnaire (5 minutes).

Preparation

You share read-only access (if you have it) and the business context. I review beforehand so we don't waste the session on the obvious.

Session day

90 minutes live

Straight to the point. We map the real problem, review the data, I question decisions and ask uncomfortable questions when needed.

Day +2

Written action plan

You get a document with the 3-5 real priorities: what's worth implementing first, what to leave for later, what not to do at all.

Why is the diagnostic paid? Aren't audits free?

Because my attention is the product. A free audit is a sales argument; a paid diagnostic is a shared commitment. If we work together afterwards, the €290 is deducted from the first contract.

What happens if I decide not to hire you after the diagnostic?

You keep the written action plan to implement on your own or with another provider. There's no obligation to continue. If we're not a fit, I'll tell you that myself, before you do.

What do I need to prepare before the diagnostic?

Ideally: read-only access to Google Ads/Meta/GA4 if you have them, business context (average ticket, approximate margin, current channel), and the specific question you want to answer. If you don't have tracking, that's fine too — we'll put it in the plan.

Can it be in person or only online?

By default a video call (Zoom or Meet). In person in Penedès or Barcelona only if it makes sense for the project's size, at no extra charge.

Who runs the diagnostic? Will there be a salesperson first?

I run it directly — Julien Bellet Ribes. No intermediary, no account manager, no "I'll have my team get back to you". You book, you pay, we meet for 90 minutes.

What's the difference between the Diagnostic and the Sprint?

The Diagnostic (€290) is exploratory: we find where the blockage is and I give you a written plan. The Sprint (€2,490-€4,900) is executive: I implement for 4 weeks on 1-2 channels. The Diagnostic is a prerequisite for the Sprint.
