Who I work with

I work with few people, deliberately.

Maximum 4-6 companies a year. That's not a marketing line: it's the only way to do this work properly. When you work with few clients, you're genuinely involved. When you have thirty, you split your attention and nobody is properly served.

Here's, without fluff, who fits my way of working and who, honestly, does not.

Who I work well with.

  • Established SMEs (between €100K and €10M in revenue) that want to build a proper digital growth system, not "try things out" to see if they stick.
  • Businesses with a good product and an acquisition system that does not quite work, or that has never been seriously built.
  • Founders and owners who want to understand exactly where their money goes and why, not delegate it blindly to an agency.
  • Companies or freelancers who want to genuinely integrate AI into their commercial process, not just use tools to say they "do AI".
  • People who accept that good work takes time, that sustainable growth is not instant, and who want to build something that lasts.

Who I do not work with.

  • Those looking for the cheapest consultant. I do not compete on price. If budget is the first criterion, there are better options for you.
  • Those who want spectacular results next week without changing anything they currently do. That does not exist, and I will not sell you that story.
  • Projects with no real budget to invest in what I recommend. There is no point paying me if there are no resources to execute.
  • Those who want a "yes" to everything. I will tell you what I think, even if you do not like it. If you are looking for validation, I am not your consultant.
  • Those who do not have time to get involved. The best system in the world does not work without someone steering it from the inside.
If you recognise yourself in the first list, it makes sense for us to talk. If you see yourself in the second, I am saving you the call (and I say that with respect, not arrogance: we simply would not be a good fit, and I prefer to be honest from the start).
The first step

A 30-minute call. No commitment.

You tell me where you are and where you want to go, and I tell you honestly whether I think I can help and how. If we are not a fit, I will point you in the right direction. No sales pitch, no pressure.
