No. My fee is for the management work, not for how much you invest. That way, if I advise you to cut budget because it's worth it, I lose nothing. There's a real conflict of interest in the agency model of "10% of ad spend".
Month 1 won't look very different yet: I'm building the tracking and auditing. Month 2–3 you'll see CPA drop 20–40% in categories that allow it. Month 6 is when you have enough data for strategic decisions.
Below €1,000/month in ad spend, my fee doesn't pay off. For those cases I'd rather recommend training or a one-off diagnostic where I set up the system and you run it yourself afterwards.
